Restored 1961 283/315hp Fuel Injected, 2 top convertible Corvette, 4-speed. 5,680 of the 10,939 Corvettes built in 1961 had 2 tops. 1,462 of the 10,939 had the 315hp Fuel Injected engine. 429 of the Corvettes built had the Tuxedo Black/silver cove paint configuration. 1,331 of the Corvettes were built with blue interior. Confirmed by NCRS Judging records as an authentic combination available in 1961, this vehicle is the recipient of multiple NCRS Top Flight Awards. The recipient of Top Flight
Awards at both the Chapter and National level with a high score of 98.5. The judging was in 1996, but the car appears to have been maintained and cared for during the time that has lapsed since judging.
