Details
This totally restored 1960 Volkswagen Beetle ragtop is probably one of the best documented examples existing. The original owner Sgt. John Lesko purchased the car at Fritz Killian Volkswagen of Wiesbaden Germany. John kept a file with the original order forms, Bill of Sale, owners' books, every repair and all the cars travels. Body is refinished in rich Indigo Blue with new contrasting blue and white interior. The under chassis, engine compartment and trunk are restored to factory specs. Rare options include: sunroof, Moto-meter dash gauge, turn signal discs and Cide head lamp lenses. 1960 was the only year for a red oil dip stick.
