This Cameo has just undergone a complete frame-off restoration while retaining its original matching numbers drivetrain, the 283cid V8, the rarest and largest engine option offered in Cameo pickups. It is also the only year Cameo to have the famed dual headlight styling and the last year of fiberglass beds on pickups. Other options include a 3-speed column shift transmission, wide white wall
