Details
Previously owned by Richard Carpenter collection, purchased just a few years ago. A beautiful restoration! A mint Southern California car. White exterior with white leather and blue piping interior. This car was produced for only 2 years selling for a lofty $10,000 making its first debut on October 6, 1955. Production ceased in 1957 as Ford couldn't make money on this hand built coach. This car is one in only 446 produced in 1957 two of them being convertible, one of which was built for Mrs. Ford herself. Only 22% of the '57 Lincolns came equipped with air conditioning and loaded with all options. This car is one of them. This was the second to last year of the beautiful Mark II which was identical to the '56 model although it had a lighter frame.
