This 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 convertible was the recipient of a nut-and-bolt restoration. Its straight sheet metal is refinished in its original color scheme of Colonial White and Flame Red two-tone paint. It’s powered by a 212hp Thunderbird 292ci V8 engine mated to a Ford-O-Matic automatic transmission. The interior has been restored to its original specifications in matching two-tone red and white. The chassis and engine compartment are detailed, and all of the chrome trim is new or repolished.
Options include padded dash, dual outside mirrors, dual exhaust with deluxe chrome extensions, Town & Country radio, clock, front bumper guards, rocker panel trim and fender skirts. This Fairlane rides on new T-Bird-style chrome wire wheels and Coker radial whitewall tires.
