Recently purchased from a family that owned the car since 1960. A very clean, largely stock, 312, automatic T-bird that drives like a dream. It has had one correct lacquer re-paint in the early 1980's that looks like it was done last month and some under hood re-freshening. The interior is in the factory red and white color combination. It features the optional 'life-guard' belts, Town & Country radio which is pretty temperamental, 4-way power seat and power windows to say the least. Features the hard and softtop as well as tonneau cover. The softtop has one imperfection at the right side point of the main bow that was resealed. Has a stock 312cid motor with 2-speed automatic transmission. It purrs like a cat through the original exhaust. It shifts excellent and braking is outstanding for a car of its vintage. All of its electrical works exactly how Ford intended it to with the exception of the lazy radio which as implied works when it wants to. This car is equipped with air conditioning. All chrome is extremely nice. The interior of this vehicle is original and unrestored.
