For over 35 years this Chevrolet Nomad has been owned by the same family and been in Southern California. One of 8,103 produced in 1956 makes the Nomad a rare find. Built originally at the Los Angeles assembly plant and featuring the correct exterior coded Harbor Blue/Nassau Blue two tone paint scheme, a mild customization featuring a 330hp 350cid GM Performance crate motor, with HEI ignition, Holley carburetor and Chevrolet engine dress-up kit. Approximately 500 miles on the motor, features a
Turbo 400 transmission, converted power steering and charging system, this Nomad could easily be converted back to original and retains the stock suspension and braking system. The interior features a custom pattern to match the exterior. Interior and exterior chrome are all in excellent condition. The vehicle received new paint, electrical wiring and mechanical upgrades in the last 5 years. Rally wheels mounted on BFGoodrich T/A's. The vehicle runs and handles smoothly and is solid and ready for any car show or cruise-in. This Nomad has always been garaged and taken care of.
