Details
Well preserved older total restoration including every bolt, bushing, bearing and rubber seal. While striving for original appearance, it was also professionally built to make it highly drivable, safe and very quick. Original parts were retained when possible, but refurbished or replaced as necessary. The rare dual-quad engine was extensively modified for performance and longevity using today's fuels. A modern 5-speed Tremec overdrive manual transmission makes it a pleasure to shift and to
cruise at highway speeds. Posi-traction was added to the rear axle and wide white radial tires were added all around. The gauge cluster was upgraded and the original radio converted to AM/FM. Front disc brakes stop the car well and suspension upgrades improve the handling significantly. Has 500 miles since the restoration was completed. Beautifully detailed and ready for the road, this Nomad has been stored in a climate controlled facility.
