Excellent original condition. 1500cc engine with 57hp, 4-speed manual transmission, Connolly leather, excellent original paint, original toolkit and good tires. Everything works as it was designed to. 2 Stromberg carburetors, front and rear drum brakes. The MG TF was only produced for two years from 1954-1955 as a stopgap between the MG TD and the MGA. A refaced TD, fitted with the TD Mark II engine, a sloping radiator grille and headlights in the wings. The external radiator cap was now a
dummy, as a pressurized cooling system was fitted to better cope with hot climates. Bumper guards, parking lights, dual chrome plated mirrors, Lucas driving lamps, wide white walled tires and painted wire wheels with knock-offs complement the flowing lines of this handsome automobile. Well maintained and well preserved. This handsome MG TF 1500 truly embodies the essence of MG.
