This custom Pro-Touring 1955 Chevrolet pickup is powered by a new GM Performance 502ci 8-cylinder ZZ502 Chevrolet crate engine with aluminum heads, intake manifold and a Holley 870 cfm carburetor. The engine bay is highlighted by a CVF chrome serpentine Big Block Wraptor system with polished aluminum pulleys, alternator, AC compressor and power steering pump. Rounding out the engine bay is a Right Stuff chrome master cylinder, aluminum radiator with a chrome overflow tank and a low-profile
electric fan. The power of this engine is assisted by Sanderson Blockhugger ceramic-coated headers that connect to a custom dual exhaust system. A Turbo Hydro 400 3-speed automatic transmission is coupled to a Ford 9-inch differential with 3:73 posi-traction. Restoration began by smoothing the original firewall and installing a Heidts Mustang II front coilover suspension, power rack & pinion steering, power front and rear disc brakes and a Heidts 4-Link with panhard bar coilover rear suspension. The tan and black interior features AutoMeter Arctic White gauges, Vintage Air with custom bulkhead fittings, Lokar shifter, upgraded bucket seats and console, leather-wrapped banjo steering wheel on a tilting column, and an AM/FM Bluetooth sound system with hidden kick panel speakers. The exterior features a multi-stage Nephrite Green paint with a clearcoat. The bed of the truck includes red oak flooring with chrome metal strips, stealth tailgate latches, custom roll pan and a flush-mounted fuel filler for the custom stainless-steel fuel tank supported by an electric fuel pump. This custom pickup rides on 20-inch American Racing aluminum wheels.
