This truck was built from a nice original pick-up in 1988, using a 1977 Plymouth Volare front clip and 1974 Chrysler rear end with 3:73 gears. the 318- V8 engine and 727 automatic transmission are from a mid 70's Dodge pickup. the engine has about 5000 miles on a rebuild. The tilt steering column is out of a 1966 Rambler. The bucket seats are of unknown origin. the console is GM. The body is painted Dupont Viper Red (1997). It features flames, a one piece hood, suicide doors, custom wheels, dual exhaust and a custom cloth interior. This truck rides and drives very well. It is economical, dependable and fun to drive.
