This custom 1954 Chevrolet 3800 series 1-ton panel truck was rescued from a field in Duluth, MN, in June 2010, then a complete frame-off custom restoration was completed in August 2017. It is powered by a Chevrolet 350ci engine paired with a TH350 automatic transmission. The rear end is from a 1988 Explorer and the front end is a Mustang II. It rides on RideTech Shockwave air-bag suspension and has disc brakes on all four wheels. This vehicle is sitting on Detroit Steel wheels, 18-inch front and

20-inch rear. It is finished in a two-tone GM blend of Sunburst Orange/Fusion Orange and Brown/Mojave Copper from Nissan. The headlamps and rear license plate holder are frenched, and the rear door hinges are custom and hidden. The rear taillights are from a 1937 Plymouth. There is all-new welting, trim and seals. The bucket seats up front are from a Plymouth Sebring, the rear buckets from a Toyota Previa and the removable rear bench seat from a Suburban. The entire interior is upholstered with 14 yards of Morocco Saddle and 30 yards of Sahara.
