Same owner since 1974. Art Morrison built the chassis with its track front end, rack & pinion steering, a narrowed 4-bar 9' rear axle with Strange stainless-steel 31-spline axles, 3.70 gears and a Detroit Locker. The shocks are all coilover Aldans with adjustable damping and springs, the brakes are all Wilwood rotors and calipers. Custom Hooker headers. The transmission is a B&M Turbo 400 full manual reverse shift pattern with trans brake, a 2500 stall torque converter and pro ratchet shifter.
The body and doors are metal; the firewall, floor and rear tubs are all new metal; front hood and fenders are glass; the doors have electric windows and no wind wings. The gas tank is custom aluminum 22-gallon. New wiring throughout the car with diagram. The Griffin aluminum radiator and electric fans came as one unit built for the car. The gauges are Stewart Warner with a Speed Hut GPS speedometer, a Shift Lite tachometer with memory and adjustable shift light. The wheels are Center Lines with Hoosier tires.
