Details
This 1951 Ford Country Squire Woodie Wagon was recently refreshed after long-term storage and customized using period-correct hot rod parts. It is powered by a flathead Ford V8 engine with a 3-speed manual transmission and upgraded with Edelbrock aluminum heads and an Offenhauser dual-carburetor intake. The wiring harness was replaced and converted to a 12-volt alternator. A full service was completed with new whitewall tires, as well as the installation of a hidden Bluetooth stereo with the speaker housed in the factory-correct location. These Ford Woodies continue to have great appeal and collectability as one of the last American vehicles to use real wood in their body construction. This Country Squire is also coveted because of the legendary flathead Ford V8 engine, which was in its final years of production.
