This 1950 Ford custom convertible frame-up build is powered by a Ford 289ci engine topped with an Edelbrock intake and carburetor, rated with 225hp and hooked to a C4 transmission turning a 279 8-inch rear end. It is equipped with power steering, disc and drum brakes, 2-inch drop spindles and custom metalwork under the hood. With no rust ever, this vehicle has been stripped to bare metal, frame-up. It was nosed, decked, has frenched lights, lots of new chrome, leather and a vinyl interior. It comes with a hydroelectric black Haartz top, with an Optima battery in the trunk, and a car cover is included. It has received many awards and took 4 years to build.
