America's first sports car. This is the 14th Hotshot roadster assembled at the Crosley Motor Car Plant in Marion, IN. It has matching numbers and the same owner for 14 years, with less than 400 miles on a rotisserie restoration. It features a single-carbureted, 4-cylinder 725cc 44ci overhead cam cast-iron motor that develops 26.5hp at 5,400 rpm. It has a 3-speed manual transmission and an 85' wheelbase with overall length of 10' and a curb weight of 1,095 lbs. This is the first American car with
4-wheel caliper-type disc brakes. It features the original 6-volt electrical system with new battery, vacuum-operated windshield wipers and aircraft seatbelts. A fold-down under-dash gauge cluster has been added. Under the driver's seat is an AM/FM/CD player. Luggage space is behind the tilt-up bucket seats. The car is street legal. Very rare. Ready for vintage racing.
