This awesome 1949 Chevy truck was custom built from the ground up. This truck is all-steel and features a mighty powertrain with a GM 454cid crate engine putting out 425hp with a 750 Demon carburetor in front of a TCI 700R4 automatic transmission. Fabrication included boxing the frame using a Heidt's independent front suspension featuring coilovers and rack & pinion steering. The truck also features a 9' Ford rear differential, Detroit Tru-trac with 3.25 gearing, Heidt's 4-link rear end, power
disc front brakes and drum brakes in the rear. Under the hood, the crate engine is dripping with billet aluminum accents from Billet Specialties and Zoop's. The attention grabbing exhaust notes run through Sanderson ceramic headers 2 1/2' pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. This custom truck was also built with Ron Francis wiring, Vintage Air conditioning, Flaming River steering column, VDO gauges, Dakota Digital cruise and power windows. Gripping the pavement are 295/45R18 Nitto tires in the rear and 255/45R17 Nitto tires on the front wrapped around Billet Specialties Pomona wheels. The truly spectacular body modifications really make this truck one-of-a-kind, they included shaved door handles, molded-in turn signal and brake lights, rear fenders widened by 2', smooth running boards, customized bed, front and rear roll panels, beveled windshield and 1-piece door glass. The paint is an eye catching Cinnamon-Bronze metallic. Setting off the body color, the frame and drivetrain are a metallic gold. The sumptuous custom interior is sculpted in tan leather and tweed featuring a Kenwood sound system. Less than 600 miles have been put on this truck since its build.
