Details
In 1939 Cadillac only made a four-door car and the front end looked great, so it was decided to build a two-door convertible. A 1939 Cadillac front end was mated it to a 1939 Buick two-door body and Caddy fenders were fit to the rear. The top is a 1948 Buick chopped top convertible that is all power and easy to retract. A 2004 Impala SS modified chassis was used to ensure the best drivability and ride. For power a Chevrolet 502ci V8 engine and a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission was installed. Check out the great body fit and finish: custom leather interior, custom stainless steel grille, Impulse sound system, and painted in PPG Black Cherry. Looks vintage and is a great touring car. From the Moray Keith Collection.
