1937 FORD CUSTOM ROADSTER

'The Brown Hornet' is a clean, elegant and uncluttered 1937 Ford custom roadster. Starting with a Wild Rod glass body, the crew reshaped the wheel openings and windshield surround, lengthened the hood, and added a custom gas filler and hand-machined LED taillights. The body sits on a custom chassis with an independent front suspension, a Currie 9-inch rear end mounted with triangulated four-bar and Air Ride Shockwaves on all four corners. It features Wilwood six-piston polished calipers with 13-inch cross-drilled, slotted and zinc-wash rotors. The engine is a Ford 347ci small-block engine with Hogan a sheet metal intake, true billet valve covers and air cleaner from Billet Specialties hooked to a state-of-the-art Bowler Ford AOD-E 4-speed automatic transmission. Induction is handled by a Quick Fuel 575 carburetor. It features custom headers and exhaust running through Flowmaster mufflers. The exterior is finished in PPG Sedona Bronze and Inca Gold paint with custom all-paint graphics by ICON, that extend in the engine compartment and door jams. The interior includes an Appleman custom brown leather interior with distressed leather inserts, Classic Instruments and JL Audio components with Pioneer Marine head unit. It rides on Billet Specialties 18-inch and 20-inch wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich rubber. **TITLE IN TRANSIT**
