1936 Cord with a Corvette 350 LT1 motor, 1982 Eldorado automatic transmission with overdrive, power hydro-boost front disc brakes, air conditioning, heat, power windows ,power door locks, moonroof and power Recaro leather seats. Making it drivable with all the modern conveniences. Car was engineered with a modern drivetrain with front wheel drive, maintaining the originality of the first production of a front wheel drive vehicle, the first production of a uni-body construction. Subframe is from

a 1982 Eldorado, with the original Cord frame rails set inside the Eldorado frame. We retained the Eldorado torsion bar suspension and the original Cord rear axle. The dual exhaust is custom made from stainless steel. The car was a rust-free car. The front windshield still operates and will open as will the headlights. The original Cord hubcaps are currently screwed onto the wheels. Original radiator was replaced with a custom built all-aluminum radiator. Fans in this vehicle are all electric. The wiring system is an 18 circuit system. The driving lights are tri-bar, high beam/low beam for the trip lights and includes the turn signal assembly. The steering column is tilting and telescoping from an Eldorado. All brake lights and tail lights are LED's. The windows and glass are smoked gray. Bluetooth compatible, CD radio. It has a keyless entry. There is 120 amp alternator and custom built rack & pinion steering. The inside of the original fuel tank is from a Corvette. The original dash panel is engine turned and gauges are modern and electronic, while maintaining the original look.
