Details
This is an extremely cool 1932 Chevrolet open wheel racer that would be a great way to get into any numer of vintage events and tours. The bodywork, frame, even the 1932 Straight 6 engine and 3-speed transmission are all largely period correct as are a host of great details like the grille, headlights, and much of the suspension components. The car was restored in 1989 and successfully campaigned in the Great Race in 1992 from Charleston, SC, to Costa Mesa, CA. Along the route, it reportedly topped 92mph on the open road. This Chevy race car still shows very well with nice patina from regular use and is extremely likable in every way. It is a blast to drive and would be a great choice for the enthusiast that wants something off the beaten path and that will be welcomed at vintage events, rallies, shows and tours. **Title in Transit**
