This custom 1929 Ford Model A was built to pay tribute to the early hot-rodders. The star of this build is the 270ci HEMI Super Red Ram engine with a 4-barrel carburetor, paired with a B&M Turbo 350 automatic transmission and Dutchman Motorsports quick-change rear end. Lincoln brakes are seen in the front with black steelie wheels to accompany this old-school look. The chassis has been modified extensively, including pinched and narrowed Model A crossmembers, Magnum axle 4-inch drop, POSIES transverse leaf springs front and rear, So-Cal hairpin radius rod and a batwing kit. The body has been modified by Pinkee's Rod Shop, including a 3.5-inch drop in the front and a 3-inch drop in the rear and metal finish of the cowl. After Pinkee's was done with the metalwork, the car received DuPont Cadillac Quicksilver paint with red accents that match the chassis and engine. The interior is finished with red leather, Stewart-Warner gauges, and a Limeworks steering wheel and column. Some other modifications of note are the Guide 682C commercial headlights and vintage taillights, a Painless wiring harness and a polished stainless-steel exhaust. The only time this Model A was shown it was awarded Builder's Choice and Real Hot Rod at Goodguys Colorado.
