This 1997 Z/28 Camaro is truly a time capsule, having only been driven 4,603 miles since new (title reads exempt). The Camaro was chosen to be the official pace car of the 1996 Brickyard 400 in Indianapolis. Chevrolet built less than 100 of the Brickyard 400 Festival pace car replicas, and this car is number 12 and VIN 00055 of production that year. It comes with an extremely high level of documentation, from the factory Window Sticker and Flag Lot Sticker still in place, to a wide variety of Brickyard 400 promotional material. This collector Camaro is extremely well-equipped with the Z/28 Preferred Package, 30th Anniversary Edition appearance package, power convertible top, automatic transmission, fog lamps, remote keyless entry, cruise control and performance axle.
