This 1955 Buick Riviera 56R Super 2-Door Hardtop underwent a frame-off restoration which took three years to finish. The car was completely torn down. Everything was done from the frame up, all original parts, original radio, motor which was rebuilt, transmission rebuilt, stripped of every part and completely redone. The interior was done in red and white leather. The Buick was also in Hemmings 2010 Collector Car calendar for the month of December. At the Buick National Car show in July, 2009 in Colorado Springs, it received a 393 score and won the Senior Gold Award, the trunk liner and package tray has been completed since. In 2009, at the Buick-Oldsmobile-Pontiac show in Scottsdale, the Buick won the Best in Show. There has been numerous awards in Iowa, Arizona and Wisconsin.
