Details
This Bel Air was exported directly to South America in 1956, and was purchased and brought back to the U.S. to be restored to its original beauty. The car spent nearly 60 years in a no-humidity, no-snow, no-salt-water environment. It's painted in its two-tone original colors Dusk Plum and Indian Ivory using high-quality paint and the interior was fully restored with complementary upholstery and a clean chromed dash. It's powered by an era-correct 265ci 8-cylinder small-block engine and an
automatic transmission. The engine is freshly rebuilt and the car has been maintained in an air-conditioned showroom since completion. This is a clean and correct Bel Air with a fine original paint finish and plenty of deep chrome. The wraparound windshield and all other glass is in good condition and has the upgraded option for electric windows. It has room for six and the owner has driven the car several hundred miles to shows.
